Our mission
The founders of Legion Real Estate LLC, successful property developers for over 30 years, reached a construction volume of 1.1 billion Euro and completed about 4500 residential units in Dresden, Germany. In 2023, they started to invest in properties in Dubai. Up to now the they acquired a significant amount of properties. We now would like to offer our unique expertise to our valued customers.
Our companies in Dubai, founded in 2023, are specialized in buying, selling and renting properties as well as in all activities connected with brokerage. Our team is working from offices in Dresden and Dubai. Legion Real Estates´ Managing Director lives in Dubai over 18 years now and is well connected.

Kathrin Schulz
CEO
Kathrin Schulz has lived and worked in Dubai for over 18 years. After working for many years in molecular biology in a German laboratory in Dubai, she took on the role of laboratory coordinator in a clinic. In between, she completed a degree in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and Interior Design. She then successfully managed her own company for many years.
Falko Glaser
OWNER
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Falko Glaser is an established figure in the industry. After starting his career as a sole trader and successfully working with external self-employed professionals, he founded the fast-growing Viarealis GmbH in Dresden, Germany. Today, he leads a dynamic team of more than 10 employees and has achieved an impressive business volume of over 500 million euros. Falko Glaser is known for his expertise, his innovative spirit and his ability to successfully implement complex real estate projects.
